Girls on Film by Zoey Dean

This is the second book in Zoey Dean’s A-List Novel Series. I enjoyed the first book in the series (see my other review) and I enjoyed this one. I am still a little shocked that this series is considered young adult. I like how Zoey Dean’s characters are so well developed and you relate to all of them in one way or another. I definitely plan on reading the rest of the series.

Synopsis (from barnesandnoble.com): Girls on Film is the wickedly funny and risqué sequel to the bestselling A-List that takes readers behind the scenes of the intoxicating world of Hollywood glitterati. Seventeen year-old Anna ("pronounced Aaaanah") Percy has moved from posh Manhattan to the evcen more posh Beverly Hills, California, where she's living with her estranged dad for the rest of the school year while her mother travels to Europe with a friend.
The fast times of Beverly Hills most beautiful and glamorous people drive the page-turning action of this irresistible, stylishly written novel.

This is a series people of all ages can enjoy. This book is not as funny as the first book but has and edgier, darker tone. This is a quick read book that is perfect for those rainy days inside. I look forward to reading more in the next book in this series- Blonde Ambition.
